One of the things I keep hearing from readers is this:

Yes, I ugly cried this time, AGAIN :D

Before I say anything else... let me say,

Thank you to everyone who’s messaged me, reviewed the book/audiobook, or shared how it’s landed for you. You’re the reason I wrote it. 💛

I can't get past the ugly cry of gratitude every time I read a review. For many years I was stuck in the same patterns and cycles. It was always about how good I needed to look; never about how good I needed to feel. Now that I’m able to share what I learnt with so people around the world, I can't help but get emotional. It makes me feel that every struggle I ever had was never in vain.

What stands out the most from these reviews, are from the women that are fed up with diet culture. The women that just want to feel good without feeling they need to run 10 miles a day when they can barely manage a 30min walk. The women who want to know it's ok to eat 5 potatoes, if it means they don't stop by the drive through on the way home.

These little things, that become big things, are the little things that diet culture will dismiss as weak, or not good enough. I'm here saying, it's BS. Can we just focus on feeling good, being healthy, and by design, treating our bodies like the sanctuary and temples that they are.
