Hi, I'm Sam

I'm a certified Gut Health Practitioner, Somatic Coach, and FTR (Fascia Trauma Release) bodywork specialist. But before I became any of those things, I was stuck in the same cycle so many of my clients are in now.

Chronic IBS. Constant bloating. A pattern of comfort eating I couldn't explain or control. I tried every elimination diet, every "detox," every plan that promised to fix me. Keto. Carnivore. Calorie tracking. Fasting. Starting over every Monday.

Nothing stuck - because I was trying to willpower my way out of a nervous system problem.

It wasn't until I stopped treating my body like a broken machine and started understanding what was actually happening underneath that everything changed.

I've lost and kept off over 70lbs without tracking a single meal. But more importantly, I stopped obsessing over food. I felt clear. In control. At peace.

That's when I realized: this isn't about discipline. It's about biology, nervous system regulation, and giving your body what it actually needs to feel safe.

Now I teach this body-first, trauma-informed approach to people who are tired of fighting their own bodies.
