The Journey
Private coaching isn't just weekly calls. It's a structured, supportive process designed to meet you where you are and help you build sustainable change from the inside out.
We start with a comprehensive intake process. I get to know your eating life, your history, your patterns, what you've tried, what works, what doesn't. You'll complete questionnaires that help me understand your food preferences, cooking style, daily rhythm, and triggers.
By the end of Week 1, you'll have your first personalized shopping list and meal prep guidance - not a rigid plan, but a framework that fits YOUR life.
You'll start using the WhatsApp food diary to track your meals honestly and without judgment. This gives me a real-time view of what's working, where you're struggling, and what needs adjusting.
In our weekly sessions, we discuss challenges, review your progress, and work through the Bio Hijack chapters together (I recommend 3 chapters/week so we can go deeper in our calls instead of covering basics).
I assess food diversity, gut health support, eating windows, and give you ongoing feedback via session notes emailed after every call.
The first month is intensive setup. Months 2 and 3 are about refinement and sustainability. We move beyond "just getting started" and into building habits that last.
This is where we introduce nervous system work, somatic awareness, movement planning, and fasting windows. We adapt your eating framework to real life - work stress, social events, travel, hormonal shifts.
The food diary becomes optional (but available), and the focus shifts to deepening your body awareness and trust.
Throughout the entire process, you have real-time WhatsApp access for questions. Spotted a product at the store and don't know if it's a good choice? WhatsApp me. Need help troubleshooting a craving spiral? I'm here.

This is collaborative work. You need to show up to sessions, engage with the material, and be willing to try new approaches even when they feel uncomfortable.
